Next Workshop: April 2, 2016 - Building Budgets

We would like to invite you to the next workshop, Nonprofit Budgeting 102: Basics Build the Budget Workshop    As a follow-up to “Basics of Successful Non-Profit Budgeting,” this session offers a hands-on exercise in budget building. Using the case study approach, participants will work in teams to develop an organizational or project budget. A budget building format in Excel will be used and is one of the takeaways from the workshop. The presentation of team results will offer ample opportunity for discussion and questions. Content is suitable for all levels – from budgeting first timers to those hoping to hone their skills.

Join us for a half-day session on budgeting and planning to help nonprofit leaders explore critical financial questions about their organizations and develop a fiscal structure for the future.
