Molly's work focuses on facilitating the capacity-building support provided by undergraduate University of Chicago students as part of the Community Programs Accelerator.

Molly's work focuses on facilitating the capacity-building support provided by undergraduate University of Chicago students as part of the Community Programs Accelerator. She previously served as the lead fund development consultant of the accelerator's Special Projects Consultancy. Prior to that, she tutored French through the Neighborhood Schools Program. 

In June 2018, Molly graduated from UChicago with a Bachelor's degree with honors in Anthropology. She also majored in Linguistics, and her thesis focused on the language strategies used by South Side nonprofits in grants. Hailing originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Molly is passionate about addressing inequalities through nonprofits and community organizations.
