Noelle is the Assistant Director, Special Projects for the Community Programs Accelerator. In this role, she is responsible for coordinating and supporting various initiatives in the implementation of the Accelerator growth plan. She is lead on special projects design, implementation, and evaluation.

A graduate of Indiana University- BSPA in Public and Nonprofit Management and Indiana Wesleyan University-MPA in Public Management, Noelle is passionate about empowering community leaders and increasing access to university tools and resources for organizations on the South Side. Prior to joining the CPA in 2021, Noelle served as Director of Development and Communications for a local nonprofit.
