In this session, we will step back and look at how we think about time management, including what is your TM style and why we procrastinate.
About this Event
Do you feel there is never enough time to get work done or the harder you work the more you have to do? You are not alone. In this session we will step back and look at how we think about time management including what is your TM style and why do we procrastinate (face it, we all do). We will discuss generally recommended methods for improving time management behavior and share our own experiences of what has worked or not worked for each of us. We will look at time management at three levels: How to manage your work time, how to manage your staff’s time, and the Home-Work time balancing act. Be prepared to participate in a lively interactive discussion.
Organizations and industry practitioners interested in presenting a seminar or workshop, or in requesting workshops on specific topics, are welcome to submit proposals.
